Weekly Photo Challenge: Reflecting
Returning to the Twin Cities for the summer brings reflections.
The Walker Art Center is about to reopen from a major reconstruction including the sculpture garden. This shot is of the Liz Larner’s X (2013) in front of the redesigned entry to the Walker. I’m excited to spend time in the new garden this year.
The chain of lakes offer an ever changing water surface that can be glassy at times. The days with blue skies and fluffy clouds make for gorgeous views.
Gray skies offer a different reflection on the lake. The mood changes but I still love the feel on these calm days.

I agree how the weather changes the mood of an image and personal mood too. Great images.

Thanks – it’s been a gloomy spring so I’ll have lots of moody shots.
